Below are some of the rules/standards required of our team members...
  • Must have at least 1 year of meaningful hospital, clinical, or acute care experience (911/emergency dispatch experience for EMS level providers)
  • Normal healthcare industry vaccinations are not required to roster and be hired on with our company, but they are HIGHLY encouraged (MMR, TDAP, HEP B, pertussis, varicella, flu, COVID, Hep A, Meningitis, Polio, and annual TB tests) and may impact selection for certain deployment opportunities.
  • Must keep availability up to date and accurate at all times. Failure to keep accurate availability will reduce or fully eliminate your eligibility for deployment/assignment.
  • Not maintaining accurate availability or turning down deployments/assignments if your availability states “available” may be grounds for removal or termination
  • Must meet minimum health and fitness standards to be allowed onto the Front Line EMS roster:
    • Cannot be a smoker or tobacco user (includes vaping and chewing tobacco)
    • Cannot be a user of recreational drugs, including marijuana, even if legal or prescribed
    • Must demonstrate any mission specific fitness standards before assignments (varies by mission)
    • Must consent to random drug tests, physicals, and mental wellness evaluations
  • Must maintain complete sobriety and abstain from alcohol during all missions
  • Must maintain uniforms and hygiene, and stay well groomed
